Strong Start

You enter the Unbroken Tusk Inn and see Pequena sitting alone at a table enjoying some lunch. Out of the corner of your eye you can also see a somewhat distressed Agathe frantically searching behind the bar.

  • Communication from Iris’s Patron on their way to the Emerald Grotto race
    • “As you head off towards the finale, Iris you start to see a silvery wisp in front of you. It drifts about above you and your companions.” Pause to see if she wants to do anything.
    • “After another minute or so, the wisp starts to grow in size and transforms into a shark. It swims through the air as though attacking invisible enemies. It then thrashes about suddenly and runs into a silvery wall. As the shark collides with the wall, a portion of the wall opens up and golden light emits from the new opening. You then hear inside your head, “Bathe in the golden light, be not afraid. It’s warmth will bring your party blessings.” and then the silvery images vanish.”

• [ ] The Auroran Watch doesn’t enter a team into the contest. They claim it is because it wouldn’t be fair to pit trained soldiers over civilians but in truth it is because Durth hates the headdress.
• [ ] Most of the city will be at the final event for the Festival of Merit.
• [ ] Ayo and Dermot have been friends for years.
