Strong Start

Elder Ushru is waiting for them in the morning to discuss a change he has sensed in them after they won the Festival of Merit. He had a vision in the night and could tell something happened in the Emerald Grotto and wants to talk with them about it.

  • They are packing up a wagon for a job Elder Colbu Kaz has asked them to do
  • Immediately after that they plan to head to Bazzoxan to try and learn more about Alyxian, the Moon Weaver, and the Change Bringer. Maybe they can meet up in Bazzoxan if my party is headed that way.
  • Ayo - is hoping in learning more she can become a hero like the ones she has read about.
  • Dermot - wants to help Alyxian and is genuinely concerned for the characters’ well-being
  • Galsariad - is hoping this is some ancient secret to be unlocked.
  • Irvan - is just looking to experience something new and exciting and wants to know what the jewel can do.
  • Maggie - she will originally state she is going to protect her new friends but is really hoping this will lead to enough treasure that she can retire from adventuring and never kill again. She also has suspicions that the party isn’t giving up all the info they have.

  • Demonic Carrion - corpse of an udaak as well as humans with treasure and vrock and quasits waiting to attack

  • Run into Balok, the drow Dmitri stopped from stealing tips at the Blushing Bear Tavern in Jigow “I’m not sure if you remember me, but a few weeks ago you stopped me from taking tips at the Blushing Bear Tavern. You knocked out one of my teeth and left me unconscious. I was in a real bad place at the time. I did some thinking over the next few days and decided to join the Auroran Watch and get my life put together. I am headed to Bazzoxan for my first assignment.”

  • Tyvak and Moghra - daughter and son of Kierchaly Wastewalker who was killed by the udaak in Demonic Carrion encounter. Will trade +1 battleaxe for their father’s +1 dagger
